With professional experience across UHNI engagements and multinational corporations in the US, Europe, and Asia, Anuj chose to return to his roots to work closely with grassroots entrepreneurs—particularly in the Himalayas. Deeply committed to social equity, gender inclusion, and access to education, he is passionate about mentoring future entrepreneurs and advancing locally led models of sustainable, community-driven growth.

She manages legal documentation and investment readiness, advising startups from ideation to Series A. She has worked with 40+ entities and liaises regularly with regulators including MCA, MHA, ICC, and RBI.
Ankush Sawane
Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance
Ankush Sawane is a finance professional specializing in CFO advisory, financial modeling, and due diligence across sectors such as renewable energy and MedTech at ASCo | ALSiSAR Impact. Previously at Elder Pharma, he worked on process audits and cost optimization. With an MBA in Finance, LLB, and Chartered Accountancy, he brings strong financial insight and operational expertise.

Tanaz, Senior Associate at ALSiSAR Impact, brings strong experience in corporate compliance, due diligence, and regulatory advisory for startups. She has managed fundraising filings, mergers, and governance across company and LLP structures. She also led South Asia expansion efforts for Womentor Revolution and organized women’s self-defense workshops in Mumbai.
