Anuj Sharma works at the intersection of impact investing, social entrepreneurship, blended finance, and advocacy, with a focus on catalysing economic resilience among Indigenous and local communities across South Asia and beyond. His work centres on building and supporting impact-led enterprises rooted in underserved and frontier geographies.

With professional experience across UHNI engagements and multinational corporations in the US, Europe, and Asia, Anuj chose to return to his roots to work closely with grassroots entrepreneurs—particularly in the Himalayas. Deeply committed to social equity, gender inclusion, and access to education, he is passionate about mentoring future entrepreneurs and advancing locally led models of sustainable, community-driven growth.

Anvitaa Rastogi, a law and economics graduate with 8 years of experience, leads incubation at ALSiSAR Impact, managing 32+ social enterprises nationwide. She drives strategy, investment readiness, and fundraising—especially in agri-tech—while providing legal support. She has experience in cross-border mergers and takeovers and mentors students, advocating for sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Nidhi Das

Director| Legal & Regulatory Head

Nidhi leads legal and regulatory affairs at Alsisar Impact, specializing in fundraising, due diligence, entity structuring, and corporate compliance. She advises startups from ideation to Series A, manages investment-readiness processes, and supports regulatory and legal matters across the portfolio.
