Anuj Sharma

Anuj Sharma works at the intersection of impact investing, social entrepreneurship, blended finance, and advocacy, with a focus on catalysing economic resilience among Indigenous and local communities across South Asia and beyond. His work centres on building and supporting impact-led enterprises rooted in underserved and frontier geographies. With professional experience across UHNI engagements and multinational corporations in the US, Europe, and Asia, Anuj chose to return to his roots to work closely with grassroots entrepreneurs—particularly in the Himalayas. Deeply committed to social equity, gender inclusion, and access to education, he is passionate about mentoring future entrepreneurs and advancing locally led models of sustainable, community-driven growth.

Anvitaa Rastogi, a law and economics graduate with 8 years of experience, leads incubation at ALSiSAR Impact, managing 32+ social enterprises nationwide. She drives strategy, investment readiness, and fundraising—especially in agri-tech—while providing legal support. She has experience in cross-border mergers and takeovers and mentors students, advocating for sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Nidhi Das

Director| Legal & Regulatory Head

Nidhi leads legal and regulatory affairs at Alsisar Impact, specializing in fundraising, due diligence, entity structuring, and corporate compliance. She advises startups from ideation to Series A, manages investment-readiness processes, and supports regulatory and legal matters across the portfolio.

Ankush Sawane

Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

Ankush Sawane is a finance professional specializing in CFO advisory, financial modeling, and due diligence across sectors such as renewable energy and MedTech at ASCo | ALSiSAR Impact. Previously at Elder Pharma, he worked on process audits and cost optimization. With an MBA in Finance, LLB, and Chartered Accountancy, he brings strong financial insight and operational expertise.

Tanaz Turel

Manager-Legal & Secretarial Compliance

Tanaz, Senior Associate at ALSiSAR Impact, brings strong experience in corporate compliance, due diligence, and regulatory advisory for startups. She has managed fundraising filings, mergers, and governance across company and LLP structures. She also led South Asia expansion efforts for Womentor Revolution and organized women’s self-defense workshops in Mumbai.

Akshay Kamble

Associate - Secretarial Compliance

Akshay Kamble, Secretarial & Compliance Associate at Alsisar Impact, supports corporate governance and compliance functions. He manages statutory filings, board and shareholder processes, maintains regulatory records, and helps strengthen organisational systems to ensure effective governance and regulatory compliance.

He prepares financial and tax reports to enable informed financial planning, regulatory adherence, and sound operational decision-making.
